dogdoc
i am enjoying your tips---keep it up! I actually shot one of my nicest bucks (good 9-pointer) at 1:30 in the afternoon. Sitting in my tower stand watching my Pokes play football on my little handheld TV, looking up every few seconds lo-and behold--there he is walking out of the trees. This is especially true during the late pre-rut into the rut! good post Jim! thanks todd [ 04-26-2003, 08:48 PM: Message edited by: dogdoc ]

sureshot
Re: Tip Of The Week Great tip!! I know once the season is a few days old, I really consentrate on small areas of brush and even sometimes see deer sitting in rockpiles and also just see tines sitting in the middle of fields, trying to outsmart those hunters in the thick brush!!
