plannerman
Anyone shoot this model?? Seems it has 2 strikes against it, first is a bolt and not the "rage" break open, second it's a 45 cal. I've shot a 700ML 50 cal for 8 years and love it, more accurate than my Encores for sure. Found a new 700ML SS 45 for $179 at my local Sportsman's Warehouse this afternoon and couldn't resist. Heck, pelletized powder is 50% the cost of 50 cal pellets, bullet cost is the same, how could I go wrong??? Didn't need another muzzleloader (this makes 5) but couldn't pass. Long story short, any load suggestion???
hangunnr
Re: Remington 700ML 45 caliber - loads??? I also shoot a Remmy ML and love it. I am wanting a .45 cal. Is there a chance your shop has another? If they do, get back to me and I'll forward a money order asap. hangunnr
plannerman
Re: Remington 700ML 45 caliber - loads??? I'll check it out. Really should've asked that question when I bought the first. Hope I can help you out!!!
AJ
Re: Remington 700ML 45 caliber - loads??? Congrats on the great deal! I know what you mean. I have quite a few myself. I shoot 125 gr Pyrodex RS and a .357" 175 gr Dead Center in my Knight Disc Elite 45 cal. I have not chrono'd the load but its decent. I shot a deer with it and it worked superbly. I have some .357" 195 gr and some .40" 200 gr Dead Centers to try whenever I get some range time.
