Snipe
Re: round steaks?? PA... You my friend have one of my favorite cuts to do a southern chicken fry... 2 Round Steaks 1/2 Cup Flour 2 Eggs 2 Tbls. Water 1/3 Cup Olive Oil Meat Tenderizer Cajun or Hot Pepper Powder Onion Powder Garlic Powder Salt All To Taste Take the round steak and separate it from the bone...and into sections. Cut away the tallow and membrane if any.. You need a tenderizing hammer ...lightly pound the pieces until it it looks like Cube Steak... Put the dry seasonings on the meat and set aside for about a hour.. Heat the oil to 325 and dip the venison in the mixed egg and water bath and then into the flour dredge ..Fry till golden brown about 6 minutes each side.. Serve with Creamed Potato's or Rice, and Steamed Veggies.. Enjoy...
