Re: Grabbing the cat by the tail........

If you look in the background, there are hounds, and you can bet that if the cat was alive they would be in the middle of it. I'm 99% sure that the guys put the dead cat in front of the mule and when they saw it go crazy, decided to take these pictures. That seems to be the general conclusion on a western hunting site as well....

Cool pics. For predator protection from coyotes alot of people around here keep donkeys with their cows and calves. They will supposedly kill coyotes.

My boss is from north central KY and has told me the same thing, he's thinking about getting one himself.

Wow, but I also think it is kind of sad. Whenever I see them hunting mountain lions or even sometimes zebras on TV, I turn it off just because it is sickening. No offense but to me it is like shooting my horse or my cat frown.gif

I have no desire to shoot a zebra, but if I had a house cat that was as big as a mountain lion I'd shoot the house cat. If it's big enough to have me for lunch it's fair game.

Thats pretty common down here too. Its either a mule or a great Pyrenees. Those dogs are everywhere too.
