Mathews Service - Unreal

Well to make a long story short, after hunting a few days ago, I place my Mathews LX on top of the cab of my truck. Yes I knew better, first time I'd done it , & I was thinking then, better not do that, one of these days you'll drive off with it. Not giving it another thought I jumped in my truck & took off down the gravel road. All @ once I heard a bump bump & looking in my mirror was my bow going end over end down the road. Stopping & checking the damage, the wheel was chipped & the cam bent. I had my archery shop to work me up a price for repairs. Can you believe that they called back & said that Mathews would send me the cam & wheel @ no charge? That my friend is loyal service even tho it was absolutly my fault.. You can guess what brand of bow I'll be buying again.

Re: Mathews Service - Unreal

My first experience with Mathews service happened when I left my MQ1 in a the back of my truck. It was July and the bow was in a black plastic bow case. The extreme heat caused one of the limbs to come apart. Mathews sent me a new set of limbs at no charge. Customer service like that, made me a Mathews user for life!!

Sure wish Nikon was like that.

(yep, still whippin' the dead horse)

That's great news. I'm famous for leaving things in the wrong place, especially knives, especially after a deer kill. I'll bet I have 20 knives spread throughout Central Ohio.

Hope I never leave my Legacy anywhere, but if I do, sounds like Mathews will stand behind it.

You didn't happen to get that on video did ya? I've always wanted to see how well a Mathews bounces, lol.

Sounds like great service. I had a friend run over his Champion a couple years ago, and that company replaced his whole bow for free.........I still can't believe they ever went out of business.....stupid lawsuits.
