Tominator
i missed a doe saturday morning at 22 steps. i shot right over her back. sunday i pulled out the 3D, stepped off 22 paces, and climbed up on the roof and shot. all 6 arrows hit high. hmmmmmmm that pin has always been dead on. sight is not loose, did not change, peep is securely in place. that's unnerving, especially this time of year. couldn't get out last night because i had conferences for my kids. before i went, i crawled up on the roof again, set the target close, and when i drew back, i can't even get my eye in the peep! it's about 1/4" too low. what the heck? i checked every thing out again. sight is tight, peep is tight. i don't understand it. the only thing i can think is that the Zebra twist has stretched, or the whole peep, serving and all have slipped down. i held my 10 yard pin out on a leaf that was at least 30 yards away and i centered it, as did the next 3 arrows, in fact, i cut the fletch off one of them. this is exactly what i DON'T need right now. any thoughts? RyanH
Re: help me out! I read your other post! I would say that string is stretched some! You have not chagned it in 2 1/2 years! Right?

dg
Re: help me out! What clothes were you wearing when it shot good vs hard to see? Also, is your pin sighted "dead-on" on flat ground? just remember to come at full draw like you were on flat ground and keep the upper-body locked in and bend at the waist. I'm just throwing this out. Not implying anything! The doe might have ducked, the target butt won't.
Chrud
Re: help me out! [ QUOTE ] winners choice for me... [/ QUOTE ] You got that right! No matter what I do, new bow or keep the "X", I'll be putting on a Winner's Choice right away. I'm thinking brown and black...
