RTF
Tomorrow is my ML opener which goes until the 20th. I shoot patch and ball side lock. Today I did a little shooting. My first two shots hit the bulleyes at 50 yards with open sights which was the size of a half dollar. My first thought was bluelk and all he had taught me years ago. tedicast
Re: A fond memory When I first got interested in owning a ml'er, before I even bought one, he answered any question I had, no matter how stupid, and always went out of his way to explain things to me, and make sure I was understanding what he said. He is greatly missed by this forum. Too bad we can't have an archive of his posts. There is a lot that could be learned, by a lot of people going back and reading his old posts. WABS
Re: A fond memory I learned more about muzzle loading in 1 week talking to Rich (Bluelk) than I had in the previous 10 years from all other sources. Miss him greatly!
