superguide
Re: When do buck shed there antlers? One of Ty's buddies found a 90 inch fresh dropped shed this year-another friend brought a 188 n.t wolf kill to school today.
Shaun_300
Re: When do buck shed there antlers? It all depends where you live. Up here in Ontario, they start shedding late december-early January. However my uncle shot an 8-pointer this past weekend, and when the deer fell it knocked one antler off when his head hit a small tree. And when he went to drag it over to the 4-wheeler, he pulled on the other antler and it pulled right off. It has been cold for this time of year up here, so maybe they'll start shedding earlier than normal.
