too_pointer
Heres a lousy pic of my new Mossberg 935 Magnum It comes with sights on top of the vent rib, and a super full extended, ported turkey choke. I need to buy more chokes !!! I want to put a limbsaver recoil pad on it also. too_pointer [image][/image]

LETMGROW
Re: MY NEW MOSSBERG Hope it shoots as good as it looks. I'm sure it will. Enjoy. As for the 'Limbsaver' if you feel more comfortable with it, get it. It will probably make you a better marksman.
LifeNRA
Re: MY NEW MOSSBERG [ QUOTE ] I want to put a limbsaver recoil pad on it also. [/ QUOTE ] I thought that being gas operated it would have less recoil than the 835. I own a 835 Ulti-Mag. The Sims pad I put on seems to help a little. Now maybe before I get a 935 I should fire one first!
too_pointer
Re: MY NEW MOSSBERG I sent away for my limbsaver pad for the 935 yesterday. I doubt if I will get the chance to shoot it before I put the new pad on. I'm sure it will help, even if I think it will LOL too_
carbonhunter
Re: MY NEW MOSSBERG I dont really think u will need the pad....but hey it cant hurt ya. Those things dont kick much at all even when shooting the real big turkey loads.

Chrud
Re: MY NEW MOSSBERG Great looking gun Mike, congrats! A LimbSaver Recoil Pad isn't a bad idea. I put one on my 835 and it makes some difference with 3" shells. The biggest difference is with 2 3/4" shells.
too_pointer
Re: MY NEW MOSSBERG LOL, is nobody in here banging away with the 3 1/2" ?? I used to have a new 835, and I shot a turkey with the 3 1/2" shell, and it rolled me off the log I was sitting on, and I ain't no pansy either LOL. Oh ya, I got the turkey just fine too_

too_pointer
Re: MY NEW MOSSBERG I paid $575 before taxes. Mine has full camo and came with a sling and a extended ported choke, other models might be a little cheaper. too_
