Born2Hunt
Which biologic are you using? They make several diffferent biologic seed types.
dogdoc
Re: clover and biologic instead of planting the biologic (brassicas) which is an annual with clover (a perennial) I would try making 2 different plots. Split half the plot with perennials and the other half with annuals. One plant that you can plant with your clover is chicory. This is a great high protein producing perennial. As far as the grass that came up--remember perennials require work. Either spraying for the grasses or weeds or mowing them to keep them under control! good luck todd

LETMGROW
Re: clover and biologic WE need a little more info on what you actually planted and how you prepared the seed bed. Also when did you actually do your plantings.
wtnhunt
Re: clover and biologic Have to agree with Todd. I use different plots for annuals and for perenials. Some clover blends come with chickory. Our clovers have been hammered really hard this year, they are looking kind of rough, but the deer are still feeding in those plots some time in the middle of the night. wtnhunt
Re: clover and biologic Good thing that clovers have good deep root systems. The deer are mowing the clovers to the ground here.
