Guest finsnfur Posted December 21, 2005 Report Share Posted December 21, 2005 Re: binoculars? so go buy some!!!!!!!! what are you going to use them for?? glassing fields for critters? the opera? looking at the heavens? bird watching? sporting events? spying on the neighbor's wife? are you packing them anywhere? i think we need a little more info if you want some suggestions on what to get. i have a couple pairs, they are used for different things. the pair i keep here right here by the window are Nikon Action 10 X 50. i use them to look at birds, and mount them on tripod to look at the stars, including the Orion Nebula. they are great glasses, but are way to big to take hunting.
