Re: Starting?

this stuff can get adictive. Everyone has their own limits but make sure you keep it fun. I shot 3d then olympic when I was younger (6-13) and burned myself out trying to pick up thoes next few points. took me over 5 years to get back to shooting. Just make sure you have fun, and you will pick up all you need to know. There are a lot of guys on here that can help you out with specific questions. Let us know how you do!

Re: Starting?

just as everyone else said as just keep it fun. dont take it too seriously and you will do just fine. you will pick up on the little tricks that work for you along the way, because what you do and what works for you might not always work for someone else. everyone has their own opinions on stuff. and PRACTICE!! alot.

Re: Starting?

have fun , be honest and watch the good shooters . they will help you if you ask. since your just starting , dont set your sights on beating anyone or winning anything. just shoot for fun and record all your scores . then as your get better and better you have a running log you can compare them to..

just shoot one shot at a time and once its scored forget it and move on to the next shot. to many people dwell on the bad shot they made 3 shots ago and it eats at them all day long.

oh did i say have fun and dont try to be to serious the first time out . be curteous to your fellow shooters and have fun..

Shoot Strong
