If you want to keep the pelts, you will need a less destructive bullet than if you are just shooting them. If you don't care about the pelts, any of the varmint bullets from 55 gr to 87 gr will work just fine. To reduce pelt damage, use a heavier constructed bullet like a deer bullet.
