Born2Hunt
If you guys hunt with scopes on your turkey guns what scope do you use?
Strut10
Re: TURKEY SCOPES I overwhelmingly prefer a 3 MOA, non-magnifying red-dot scope. I've got BSA's on several guns. The BSA is quite on the "cheap" side. But, thus far, I've had good luck with them on some fierce-kicking guns.

Born2Hunt
Re: TURKEY SCOPES I plan on buying a MOSBERG 835 and using either a HOLO SIGHT or a simmons pro diamond but I will consider anything that comes highly recomended. vagobbln
Re: TURKEY SCOPES I have used the Bushnell Trophy Red Dot for two years now and have been pleased. Turkeys not so pleased. It's got a smaller tube and a lower profile than many of the others on the market. Also has a choice of reticles you can dial in. I use the one that has a circle with the dot in the middle. It seems easiest to pick up.
Guest rutnroy
Re: TURKEY SCOPES i use the simmons pro diamond scope in 2 power. i have never missed a bird i shot at yet. diamond acts as a range finder also. i highly recommend this scope. Fullfan
Re: TURKEY SCOPES I have a 1.75 x 4 Bushnell trophy on my Super X-2. The only thing I do not like is I can see the barrel when I look through the scope.

Rhino
Re: TURKEY SCOPES I'm a Bushnell Holo Sight fan myself. No need to be concerned about eye relief with it like some other scopes. Started using one shortly after they first came out with them. It's great! BTW, never had a bird spook from it either.
Ironranger
Re: TURKEY SCOPES I looked at a couple of different red dots and being that I didn't want to pay for the Aimpoint, I settled on a Bushnell Trophy red dot with the 4 different reticles/11 brightness settings. I've used it one year and really like it thus far. Two gobblers don't seem to care for it but that is their issue...

Born2Hunt
Re: TURKEY SCOPES I think I'm going with the Simmons Masters Series Pro Diamond and put it on my 835 ulti-mag in Realtree HD I tried to order today but the guy I talked to at the store knows less about guns than my one year old daughter!
