Guest fourtrax_300 Posted December 27, 2005 Report Share Posted December 27, 2005 Re: arrows and broad heads. hmm lots of gold tips with 100 grain muzzys ! the reason i ask is because i'm 16 and going to start bow hunting heavy next season. i went alittle this year but didnt have alot of time and it was my first year so i just used my grandpas old stuff. now i'm looking to get a new bow,arrows, broad heads, relese and everthing else i need. i should probley take a road trip and visit my uncle because he used to own a bow shop a few years back and still has all the equiptment. i'm sure he could cut my arrows and fix me up with a bow too. thanks for the help guys and keep em coming. Tony Posted December 31, 2005 Report Share Posted December 31, 2005 Re: arrows and broad heads. i shoot Goldtip 5575 3D Pros and Muzzy 75 grain broadheads . my reason being is that this arrow combo flys great out of my bow and is deadly accurate as far as i care to shoot them. but i prefer them close .. im sure i could get all of the suggested combos on here to fly good . its all about having that broadhead spin tuned to your arrow shaft. once i was taught how to do that tuning broadheads is easy..
