Trail Camera's

I am looking into getting a trail camera. However, I hunt state land and am afraid of it getting stolen. I checked some out the other day and it's looks as if there is ways to stop theft of the camera. Anyone ever have one of these stolen off of state land??

Also, what is a good trail camera for not that much money.

Also, when is the best time to use a camera. I sorta of want a new steelhead rod but also want a trail camera. I was thinking of waiting til my b-day in may to get a camera to enjoy a steelhead rod now while the steelies are running the rivers.

Thanks for any help

Re: Trail Camera\'s

no i've never had mine stolen, but ive had pictures of guys lookin at my camera with that confused but serious look, its priceless, mine is a cuddeyback and they didnt take it which was pretty cool cuz i saved for it for a while, i dont know much about them but we have a stealth cam also and its tough to get pictures on it because the trigger speed is really slow
