well when i ordered my broadheads and stuff after i put all the info in and clicked sumit it takes to a screen that said the cart is empty and i was hopeing for a page that poped up for a reseat so i could print it out... As any body else had this problem with keystone before

Same here, never had a problem, but have had a few things on backorder before and their customer service is great. Anytime any of my stuff was on backorder they would send me an email and also call me on the phone to see what I wanted to do. Of course I always told them, when you get it send it on its way to me grin.gif

no i didnt get a email from them and i called them and they said the never got the order so i just re ordered over the phone and they are sending me there new winter cataloge

Being a rep. for keystone , I can assure you that we are all about service.

If you call you will get fast service although you may have your order before you get a chance to call! ~LOL!

You should get an e-mail conformation within 24hrs. after placing your order.

If you have set up an account you can go back into it and check to see that the order was placed.

As a final backup you could always do your order on the wish list and when you have completed you can send the order off of that and it will retain your items there untill you manually delete them.
