Guest Andrea
This company in Pensacola sells whole de-boned chickens that are stuffed with all kinds of stuff like dressing, shrimp etouffee, brocolli and cheese. Got one given to me last year for Christmas. So I picked a couple last weekend since they were SO good. Anyone know how they do this????? How do you de-bone a chicken without cutting it all up???? I'd love to know how to do this. Here's what they look like: Cajun Specialty Meats
