Re: 55 grain

Pretty sure Remington does. I've got a couple boxes of 308----so I'm pretty sure they make them in 30/06. I've never shot them---from what I hear they are not real accurate. You may want to look at a factory load with a 125 grain bullet. CB

Re: 55 grain

Think so. Pretty sure someone makes the 55 grain accelerators for the 30 06. I have seen them listed in an old shooters bible. Think it might have been a remington load. Not sure how accurate they are though. Seems someone said the 55 grainers for the 06 are like a sabot.

Re: 55 grain

Yep, Remington makes them. I do not suggest them though. I have shot them in a bunch of different guns and they shot horribly. The best groups I got was 12" at 100 yards. I recommend going with a 125 gr or using a differnt gun.

Cartridge = 30-06 Springfield

Remington Part # = R30069

Bullet = 55 gr pointed soft point .22 caliber bullet in .308 cal nylon sabot

Muzzle velocity = 4080 fps from a 24" barrel
