VtBowhunter
Re: Should Texans Pick Bush? TT, you have to be kidding me. Carr would be a great QB if he had an O-line......there's a reason that the Texans lead the league in sacks allowed every year, and it's not David Carr. Give the man some pretection and maybe another good wideout, and the texans might win 8 or 9 games next year.
texastrophies
Re: Should Texans Pick Bush? Gotta disagree with you on that one. Granted the line stinks, but he shares a lot of the blame on all of the sacks. He needs to know when to get rid of the ball and not just stand there and wait to get sacked. I know the Texans are deeply invested in him, but I will venture to say they will never see the playoffs with him as QB. (after saying that, watch'em win the superbowl next year. lol)
VtBowhunter
Re: Should Texans Pick Bush? He's been coached NOT to throw the ball away. Capers was with the Steelers before, so I watched while Stewart went from being mobile, to standing there under Capers. It's the coaching that makes great QB's look stupid in some cases. texastrophies
Re: Should Texans Pick Bush? I was thinking the same thing. Plus he went straight into the frying pan, with no time to watch an experienced pro QB to learn from. I have been out of pocket for a while, have they named a new head coach yet? VtBowhunter
Re: Should Texans Pick Bush? Not officially, but Jerry Gray, the Buffalo Bills Defensive Coordinator, looks to be the front runner for the job.
