LifeNRA
Just got back today from shooting my newly fletched arrows! Mannnnnnn! What difference in the view of that arrow! Even in bright sun light I could see the arrow flying to the target! Now to get a deer within range!

buckee
Re: Well, They Stayed On! I'm glad to hear your enjoying your new arrow wraps and fletchings. They sure do show up nice, don't they. Those Bohning vanes are tough vanes too, and fantastic for shooting through the Whisker Biscuit, or any other rest for that matter.
buckee
Re: Well, They Stayed On! [ QUOTE ] so there wraps or did you put all them on seperate? [/ QUOTE ] They're not those shrink wrap thingy's. They are wraps and then each vane is applied separate.(same thing I have) Good job John, they look excellent. VermontHunter
Re: Well, They Stayed On! Glad to hear it John.. Sure makes shooting even that more fun when you get to show off your own handy work doesn't it.... I really do like those colors, and like I said before you did a super job on them.... Keep at it my friend I can't wait to see what combo you come up with next,, this is the beauty of being able to do your own work...

AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Well, They Stayed On! Great looking arrows John and Hutchies, those are some nice bright colors and I am sure when you fire them at a deer you'll see them hit the boiler room!! hutchies
Re: Well, They Stayed On! When I headshot that hen it looked like a missle headed for her. It is awesome how well they stand out when you let one fly. I tried the lumenocks before wrapping and fletching them this way. Needless to say I sold the lumenocks. LifeNRA
Re: Well, They Stayed On! [ QUOTE ] The nock on your second arrow looks like it is turned different than the other ones. [/ QUOTE ] Ding! Ding! Ding! You won!!! I was waiting for some one to mention that! I was messing around with it and never straightened it back out! I only noticed it once I had it posted! They are Bohning Signature nocks with the indexing. You dont have to glue them!
