This buck was shot December 31st by one of my good friends down in on our property in sw georgia. it had a 18 inch spread. even though its longest tine was only 8 inches, the brow tine was pretty long. the mass was pretty good. the picture does not do the mass justice. also, two of its points were freshly broken off. its brow tine was broken very recently cause it was all white with no dirt or bark in it. the other broken point, between the g2 and g3 was broken a while ago. so, without the broken points, it would have been an 11 point. he is going to get the brow tine built back up when he gets it mounted. the guy that shot it hunted our property all year and saw some good bucks--this was the only one that gave him a shot all year. what do y'all think? a keeper?
