Turkeygirl
I will be done with classes at 2:05pm today and I'm going to go steelhead fishing, the weather is in the 50s, it is awesome! I do have to drive like 45 minutes to get to the spot and my mom will probably drop me off and go to the thrift store; Andy may come if he gets out of work early. I hope those fish are biting! The leeks(wild onions) are even up just barely under the leaves in the woods and they go great with fresh fish, yum yum! I'll let you all know how I do

chromage
Re: Going steelhead fishing! I was out...didn't touch a fish. However, I didn't have any bait so i was using fake waxies. Will be headed out tomarrow. Haven't touched a decent fish since new years eve:(

Guest Blacktail
Re: Going steelhead fishing! I would love to get out and fish but all of our rivers here in Oregon are at flood stage or very close to it. I just want this rain to stop!! muggs
Re: Going steelhead fishing! It was overcast, the river had about 3-4' visibility and I got skunked Not sure why, but with our forecast, it looks like the rivers should be prime through the weekend. Bring on the crowds!
