Texan_Til_I_Die
Sorry you lost it, but I can't blame the farmer. He had a chance to double his money without any extra effort. Maybe you should get a signed lease for a set amount next time?
Mirage
Re: Deer Lease you cant get mad at the farmer alothough it is a bummer. its all buisness to the farmer who makes a living off that land. sorry about your loss
hutchies
Re: Deer Lease Even if you did know who it was there is nothing you can do. Don't let it eat at you. Just search you will find another place. I agree with Mirage. And look at it like this, if you were the farmer would you turn the money down. Newarcher
Re: Deer Lease The farmer should have at least asked you guys before leasing it to the other people. First come, first right of refusal. If not, ask yourself why he didn't. Think about it, keeping you guys is generally better than letting a new group of hunters come in....they could be drunks and ruin the property. If you guys have behaved, there isn't any reason why he shouldn't have asked you guys to match the price. New
