waterfowler_gal
Ladies.... What would you say are your top 3 hardest gear products to find for hunting? Be specific.
VtBowhunter
Re: Question for the Ladies Excellent question. With my father and I getting ready to open our own Sporting Goods store, I'm curious to know, so we can help the ladies out.
M00N
Re: Question for the Ladies I always had trouble finding gloves that fit good to my hands that were meant for hunting (camo lightweight, camo heavyweight, camo with trigger finger exposed or removable). Always have issue where it'll fit in the hand part but fingers too long or too tight in the hand part but finger length fits. What I end up doing to the lightweight gloves is cutting all the finger tips off. Heavyweight I just yank the glove off when I spot a deer right away and shoot with no glove on my trigger hand. I can't think of anything else at the moment that has given me as much trouble as finding good gloves that do fit right meant for hunting. HuntnMa
Re: Question for the Ladies britches and boots that fit would be nice.....my biggest problem with shopping for me is there's no selection....one or two items and that's it........camo undergarments, not nessary for the hunt, but they are nice to have..... HuntingInMaine
Re: Question for the Ladies I would just like to see a store that carries a wide selection of women's hunting clothes. It's sad when there is a whole floor of camo and you're lucky if one rack has women's stuff. And I'd like the women's things to have the same amount of insulation that the men's do. I think I'm worse in the cold then most men, I need MORE insulation, not less! Specifically, pants and gloves are the hardest to find. I have one pair of camo pants that fit, but no gloves. I just wear one glove on my left hand and keep my bare shooting hand in my pocket to keep it warm.
NiteRunner
Re: Question for the Ladies #1 Would be Gloves. I like them to fit tight to my hand but can't hardly find them in camo if that's the case. #2 Bibed Overalls/Coveralls. Men's medium is to big. #3 Womens sizes. Nuff said. Guest Andrea
Re: Question for the Ladies I am gonna second what HuntinginMaine said. I'd love to be able to browse thru a ton of women's hunting clothes and accessories...........not just one rack. Gloves that fit right are a problem for me as well as boots and coveralls. Everything's too darn big. Know what else would be GREAT? A line of non-scented makeup and hair-products. Just for us hunter-gals.
