VtBowhunter
With the snow that we've had recently, we've seen the positive effects of fall food plots now. The deer are heading to those fields that we left alone during the hunting season and they have plenty to eat under the snow. Now that the snow is rapidly melting they can feed elsewhere to and they haven't suffered any lost nurishment at all.
LETMGROW
Re: Positives showing already Great! Thats what we work so hard for. It's nice knowing we are providing good food for our deer. We have had a major thaw and there are deer everywhere. Our food plots are overrun. Every green spot in a field has a deer on it!

dogdoc
Re: Positives showing already great---that's the main purpose of food plot--to SUPPLEMENT the deer when natural forage isn't available. todd
