My wife ordered me the Summit side bags for my climber and one of them came through with the snap on backwards so the strap was twisted. It didn't want to stay snapped and I emailed the company to ask if they could send me just the strap and I would have it sewn on. I received an email that they had shipped me a new set of side bags! I received them in about 4 days! That is what I like about a company!! No Questions ASKED!! Thanks Summit!

Yeah, what he said. I witnessed Tom's Summit story first hand. Glad I have a Summit too.

Wish Nikon operated like that.
