RyanH
Re: Slate calls? Dont just own one! One about ten! I carry threee of them while Im out hunting. I cary about 10 different strikers as well! Carrying 3 calls, with 10 strikers gives you about 30 different SOUNDS! I carry a glass, slate, and a Alum. All work great! VTbowman
Re: Slate calls? Primos "The Freak" in a crystal, or glass, plate works and sounds awesome. Wet weather does not seem to bug it much either. Wipe it dry with a sleeve and get to callin'! I love the way you can strap it to your leg for hands free quick and ready too. Its the only one I need and I bought an extra 3 pak of HS strikers to change up the sounds but the striker it came with works the best IMHO. Sweet purrs and hard loud cluck and yelps. If I had only 1 call I could have it would be this one... JMO
