rockefeller66
Re: Illinois late winter season ? We tried in IA but the weather was BAD! Right when late season started all the snow melted and we had like 40-45 for highs and the fields were so muddy you couldn't move. Good luck to ya though! Guest finsnfur
Re: Illinois late winter season ? We are, and we did yesterday. I saw nothing yesterday, but my brother-in-law downed a 4 yr old doe and passed on the youngen. There we 7 of us that went out today. The only whitetails we saw were of the invisable variety. Maybe tomorrow?!
BEEF
Re: Illinois late winter season ? my daughter and i went on are first deer hunt together this morning. Last day of late winter and we had three young does come in to 40 yards . I let them walk , she was having such a good time just seeing them that close . It was great to just watch. Cant wait till next year!!
