popgun
Re: 10ga Harrington Richardson didn't make many models in 10 ga. I'm thinking yours looks a lot like the model 176. Although it is true most guns are worth at least $80. my book shows this one at $65. very good, $75. Excellent, and $105. perfect in the box condition. I'd pass unless I could get it for $65. or less unless you really, really want it. Of course prices are subject to the popularity in the area where you live. If this gun is not a model 176, I'll be glad to look it up again for you. ....popgun
Guest buddy ahart
Re: 10ga On the side of the gun it says Harrington & Richardson inc. and it is a 10 ga. I dont see any place on the gun where it has a model or anything like that i payed $106 he gave me the gun and 2 boxes of steel shot plus 11 boxes of fedral 3 1/2 in 5 shot turkey loads. If you could find anymore information on this gun for me popgun i would greatly apprecitate it.
popgun
Re: 10ga I can't seem to find anything else. I can't tell by the photo if it is a single or double barrel but either way the price is about the same. I can't tell if the sling rings are factory or add-on, and can't tell if the camo on the stock is factory or just tape. Sorry I can't help more. You probably did alright. It sounds like you got about $100. worth of ammo. ....popgun
Guest buddy ahart
Re: 10ga single barrel and the sling rings are factor and the camo is factory also. As long as you dont think i got ripped off then thats all that matters p.s want to buy some of those turkey shot shells lol ill never use that many. popgun
Re: 10ga I think you have the one called the Pardner. Could be the Waterfowl or the Turkey, depending on the overall length. See: http://www.hr1871.com/firearms/index.php?cat=3&subcat=2 You got a good deal. Since it was a used gun, I was looking at older models in my book. Sorry for the delay. ....popgun

rbduck
Re: 10ga I have the same shotgun. I paid $100.00CDN NIB from a guy who only shot it a few times. Works great for me pass shooting geese(I`m only 5ft6"). I reload my shells a bit hotter than factory. Don`t worry, steel does not kick half as bad as lead in a 10ga. I`d say "Go for it!"
