Rachet Straps On My Summit

JohnF wanted to know where to attach these straps on his Summit. I told him I would post these for him, and anybody else that would want to know!

Top section and rachet strap. Once this strap is on and you tighten it to the tree, it will make the top section VERY SOLID to the tree!!!

Another close up, with the rachet itself.

This strap I dont use on the tree, only for securing the top and bottom sections for transport. It does not get tight enough to keep the top section from moving!

Do you ratchet the top and bottom?

Just the top section, dont think you can reach the bottom, I cant! tongue.gif

How much do extra straps cost?

Mine was $8 at Cabela's. I got two of them thinking I can do both top and bottom sections. But there is no way for me to get to the bottom section where the teeth are biting into the tree! So now I have a spare! Unless I give it to my brother or father.
