Basically it was a guy claiming that it should be legal to bowhunt at night (not with a light)since it is light enough to see due to the moon, and that it would not be unethical or unsafe. I think that is a crock, there are nights after the snow when at 3 am it is light enough to shoot, but not many. Moreover i think that it is illegal since animals are more vulnerable at night, it would be unsafe, and more animals would be wounded. Does anyone think that would be a good idea? I've had friends almost shot by guys who jacklight deer. Hunting by moonlight is unsafe and unethical. I get a little stirred up just thinking about it. There is hardly enough light to see some nights mych less shoot and the chance for wounding a animal sky rockets. This is highly unethical.
