bwlacy
Has anybody shot these Turkey loads? The local WalMart has them for $5 a box. I thought I might see how they pattern for me. They are a mag Turkey load with lead shot, not copper plated though. Inside 40 yards will it really matter if they aren't copper plated. RangerClay
Re: Remington Nitro ? WOW! that is a great price for those shells. I used that shell for all of my turkey hunting for many, many years. I also used those shells for all my goose hunting until they outlawed lead. The only reason I stopped using them was they were hard to find. I wish my local Wally World had them. They are a great shell and I give them two thumbs up!!!!!!! JimT
Re: Remington Nitro ? I shot my spring bird last year with Nitro #5s. They worked great. $5.00 a box is cheap money.
Strut10
Re: Remington Nitro ? For 5 bucks a box, give them a try. I have found Remington's lead shotshells (turkey loads) to be consistently the poorest performers of the "Big Three". But, that's in the combos I am shooting them through. Your results may vary.
