whitetailtrax
Got a chance to watch a replay of the post-game press conference that Shannahan did and I was VERY impressed with him. He gave all the credit in the world to Pittsburgh for out-playing them on Sunday...very gracious in defeat. Unlike those sorry losers from New England. Belichick & company should take notice. I lost a lot of respect for that guy after watching his cry baby press conference when they lost to Denver.
muggs
Re: Shannahan all class Being from Cleveland, we got to see Bellichik REAL personality....smug, cocky, and condiscending. He learned really quick how to handle the media after he was railed for it here. Just happened to show it's ugly head during that press conference. IMO, Shannahan is the best coach in the NFL. Tominator
Re: Shannahan all class Best coach in the NFL? Toss up between Cowher, Bellichick (sp), or (and his name is escaping me right now), the dude for Seattle. All 3 of those guys are pretty consistent, with all kinds of personnel and in the era of greedy free agency.
VtBowhunter
Re: Shannahan all class Turk, I agree, but there's always Bettis and Haynes......I'm actually surprised that Haynes didn't get the nod over Parker this year. He's tough, has speed, and he can catch.
