hutchies
Since I have figured out that I have actually been pulling high 60's poundage and now have bottome out the limbs. Do I need to rethink the arrows I am shooting. I am currently shooting Supercarbon Magnum 60-75's and I know I am getting close to boderline with the limbs bottomed out. I am also thinking of giving Goldtips a try and am wondering whch to shoot. The 75/95 or 55/75. Here are my specs. Browning Illusion 70 lbs 28.5 inch arrow No idea of speed. dogdoc
Re: Arrow spine question speed doesn't really matter but need to know your total arrow weight---plastic fletching? Broadhead weight? to determine what arrow would be best.
hutchies
Re: Arrow spine question Total arrow weight is around 400 grains. It was 391 grains and I put wraps on so I am figuring right at 400.

dogdoc
Re: Arrow spine question either arrow should work fine for you 5575 ot 7595. Your FOC is also excellent for either arrow. The heavier arrow will be a little more forgiving and the lighter arrow will give you a little more speed. Most experts will tell you if your borderline to go with the heavier arrow---with my set up i'm borderline with the 3555 and the 5575. I've shot both arrows and they both shoot great with my set up. I went with the 3555 for the little extra speed.

Gator
Re: Arrow spine question I am close to borderline, shooting 65lbs, 350gr arrow, with a 5575 GT, I can't shoot tthe 3555's, to light of an arrow. The 5575's seem to shoot pretty darn good
