mossyhorn
OK so you will need a bottle of Liquid Smoke (Hickory is best), 3/4 cup of Jack Daniels Grill, Garlic salt, Season salt, 1/2 cup of Texas Pete (hot sauce). Anyway mix this all together in a pan of your chioce. Add as much or as little of everything you want except for the Liquid Smoke. Takes the entire bottle. Pick your favorite cut of deer meat. Cut it into little cubes, put the cubes in the mixture and and bake it for 30mins. with the temp. set on broil. Make sure to stir it about half way through. When it is done just pour the meat and juice into a bowl. Enjoy.
