If your seeing does then the bucks will come. I thought the same of my spot until this year & the bucks were there and some were good ones. If your spot holds does then it's just a matter of time before the bucks show up especially this time of the year. If you think the bucks are nocternal there due to the disturbences then you need to make a decision. Stay and hope or move towards where the bucks are coming from in order to intercept them during shooting hours.

Re: Any advise??

If I hunted the same area for years, saw does, and never any bucks I would move. I would do some speed scouting if i were you and look for fresh buck sign forst though. I will be doing some scouting tomorrow morning. I have not seen a deer in almost two weeks now....Brutal.

You may want to try hunting all day some. The bucks may be moving during midday. Good luck.

I agree with you 100% on this. On Sunday, sluggunner and I saw THREE bucks in the city of Milwaukee at midday after a hot doe, including one that would be worthy of Monster Bucks fame.

The peak of the rut may be starting to tail off a little bit now...but get out and hunt all day.

Stay put, I agree, if the girls are around the boys will find them. Try rattlin when you know rut is in full swing. Scout the area for rubs and scrapes, mix up your hunting time, try a trail cam, with all the activity during the day (@ the neighbors), they could be more nocturnal. Stick w/ it, it'll pay off.
