Re: Waterbeds

not me. I had one for the first couple of years after I got married. Finnally had to get something different after having back surgery (different problem). After getting a sealy beauty rest (double pillow top) I will never get another.

But your right, in the winter it was nice climbing into a nice warm bed.

Those things are NICE in the winter time.

PLEEEEEEEEEEASE you DO NOT have winter in Florida grin.gif

If you want a warm bed, try an electric blanket. Turn it on 5 minutes before going to bed and wala, one warm bed. Especially on nights like last night when the temperature was only 5 above zero tongue.gif

Come visit sometime Andrea. I will take you ice fishing with me and you will learn what winter really is. LOL grin.gif

Re: Waterbeds

I hate those things. My sister used to have one.

I have an air mattress now. I'll never have another kind of mattress. Air is the way to go. I used to have occasional back spasms, but have only had one episode since having the Select Comfort mattress.

(and no, I'm not a Select Comfort salesman) grin.gif

Re: Waterbeds

I had one when I was a kid. I loved it, not sure if I would ever get another one. As for RangerClay, yes, there is a winter in Florida, especially in North Florida where Andrea is. When I was home in Ocala a couple weeks back the nighttime lows were in the upper 20's. It may not last long, but there is one. But, I have been unfortunate to experience Upstate NY and many other northern states and Canada in the winter time, thats a whole different kind of cold up there.

Re: Waterbeds

Yeah there's nothing like waking up in the middle of the night and hearing a constant dripping sound. shocked.gifgrin.gif

Actually, I am going to look in to getting the soft side mattresses. They rarely get leaks. wink.gif
