I dont know when but they say it will save aroun 9 million dollars a year. They are supposed to just do a background check using your licensce just like "Wisconsin?" They could make up for this deficit by increasing permits by a few dollars. They've been 15 dollars as long as I can remember. Heck make FOID cards 10 instead of 5.
