Guest marylandbowman Posted February 1, 2006 Report Share Posted February 1, 2006 I live in maryland and want to plant alot of small food plots. there is not much under growth. there is not alot of big trees only half alive oak trees. so there should be a good amount of sun. we cleared alot of holly tree out and we cant really get any machines back there! i know there different product out there like no plow and some others. what do you guys think Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It can be done, just scratch the surface real good and broadcast some clover seed, it usually comes up pretty good and doesnt have to be planted deep. Also there's a guy name Oneidaman "Martin" who has good seed supplements... Havent used it yet, but heard a lot of people do. They love it!!!
