Some more GREAT Customer Service

Ok this maybe be a little long but I have to tell you about this. During the season on one of the last bowhunts, I noticed that I had lost a screw in the yardage marker on my star track sight from VITAL BOW GEAR. Now NYbowhunter911, Bucknrut, Nosdog, GW have seen this sight on my bow and know how bright it is. I love this sight. Anyway, I contacted VBG and told the girl my problem and asked if she could just send me the screw. She said that they would rather I send the sight back so they could look it all over and make sure they got the right screw. I told her that I am in the middle of a league and need the sight back in a hurry. I said I would next day air it to her and she said great, put it to my attention and as soon as I get it I will fix it and next day it back to you. Cool !!!! So I shipped it out Friday afternoon last week at 4 PM when UPS picks up here at work. I got it back yesterday when I came home from work. Wow..... Great, she was true to her word.

Now it gets better. Being the bargaining person that I am, I sliiped a little note in the box, kinda kidding, that if she wanted to she could send me one of there new, patent pending, angular sights and I would be there spokesman. I put LOL at the bottom of the note. Well to my surprise, when I opened the box, she sent me one of the new sights. It is called the SKEWDER. I could not believe it. AND ....... not only did she fix my old sight, send me a new one, but she also put in the extensions for the quiver that is required for these sights. I never even asked for that. I am still in awe that a company would go through all this. All I wanted was a screw and I got so much more. Really cool. VBG is one great company that makes a great product and has great customer service. Here is s link to the new sight that I got ......

Re: Some more GREAT Customer Service

Ha Ha, well it really isn'a a whole new sight. It is just the head with the angle sight pin. All I have to do is swapt it out. Pretty cool that way if I don't like it I can put the other one back on. But I really like the whole angle concept, seems to make simple sense !!!!
