You get out earlier and a kid gets a chance to go.Good deal for both. Good Luck!

Guest Squirrelbuster
Re: Can Ya feel it NY? Tell you the truth I am not really enthused about it. After going out last year and not seeing anything and only hearing a couple, I am more looking forward to the opening day of bowfishing on May 15th. But for all that plan on hitting it hard this year, good luck to ya.

western NY bowhunter
Re: Can Ya feel it NY? I'm pretty pumped too! The youth season is an absolute blast. It's definately the only two days of the season where I'll be chasing around totally unpressered gobblers. After opening day it tends to get pretty tough around here. Last year I got to take two of my cousins out and managed to call in a bird for both of them. The year before was unbelievable...I've never heard so many birds in two days of hunting in my life! I hope to be taking one of my cousins out again for youth season this spring. As for myself, I've got a score to settle with a couple of longbeards that gave me the fits last year . I can't wait!!!!! Guest 257Roberts
Re: Can Ya feel it NY? I don't know how yall do it. how do you keep occupied? here in Mississippi we deer hunt from Oct 1st till Jan 31st (Feb 15 down in the panhandle) and from feb1st till feb 28th it's rabbit stew and squirrel dumplins. Then march 15th its turkey time(week before that it's youth week) Not bragging or anything just wondering what yall do between deer season and turkey season? Squirrelhunter91
Re: Can Ya feel it NY? I varmint hunt. Predators and when the weather gets warm, chipmunks and groundhogs keep me occupied. Even throughout the summer.
