HeviShot
Re: Need help on deciding which mouth calls to buy. If you are beginner try to get single reeds or double. They are easiest to use.I still use a double reed call that I learned with.Once you get it down then move to the Vcut and multi reed calls.I like H.S strut calls.I use several different brands and style's. hobie
Re: Need help on deciding which mouth calls to buy. I have to agree with Lumpy The Hooks calls are the best mouth calls on the market
AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Need help on deciding which mouth calls to buy. Try a single reed and practice, practice, practice. Try calling on your way to work, one you perfect it or at least sound like a decent turkey, then try something else, then again single reeds work great for calling in birds. As for what brand, all of them on the market are generally good. I have used Quaker Boy, HS Strut, and Primos and no complaints there. magnatecsteve
Re: Need help on deciding which mouth calls to buy. Nobody can tell you which ones you will like, you just have to try them. I would recommend HS Strut or MAD calls.
maddhunter
Re: Need help on deciding which mouth calls to buy. Another vote for HOOKS cals, they are easy to use. The Tone Trough by HS Strut are easy to learn on also.
