hutchies
Re: How do I get this knock out? Only thing I was worried about with that idea is putting too much pressure on the shaft and it splitting.

LifeNRA
Re: How do I get this knock out? Small drill bit and a pair of pliers? Get it wedged in the plastic and try to pull it out. I havent had this problem yet. But thats what I would try first.

Guest adamc
Re: How do I get this knock out? I have a few like that. But i just push it further down in the shaft and put in a new nock. It won't affect the way it flies until you break off 2 or 3 more like that. lol.. I do have one that flies funny but it has 3 nocks inside the shaft. But just one inside it won't affect it any. AdvantageTimberLou
Re: How do I get this knock out? almost need an ez out of some sort and applied slight pressure. I'd try the screw idea with light pressure. Good luck!
rockefeller66
Re: How do I get this knock out? I would say the screw idea but I can't believe the shaft isn't or won't ruined!

Swamphunter
Re: How do I get this knock out? Oh...now I see. I was going to suggest flowers, dinner and wine, but then I opened the thread. Now I get it.
VTbowman
Re: How do I get this knock out? Drill a small hole in the nock, just large enough for the shank of the screw but not the threads, and then insert a small wood screw. You dont need to bury the screw into it deep, just enough to grab. Then pop it out with plier. Thats how I have done it. I too worried about splitting the shaft so a pre drilled hole will eliminate that issue..

VtBowhunter
Re: How do I get this knock out? I have to do that a lot........just screw a drywall screw in a little bit, and pull it out.
BowJoe
Re: How do I get this knock out? I would drill a small hole or roughly the size of the most available screw and then screw it in a couple turns and pull on the screw head with pliers. vagobbln
Re: How do I get this knock out? If the drill and screw technique won't work easily you might remove the insert and shoot a little acetone (or other solvent) inside the arrow to soften the plastic up.
