BowJoe
I didn't realize this until now. A lot of forum members have recently raised a sting, or at the very least a small release of gas, about the government invading our right to privacy and our rights to keep our guns and other rights and privelages yet we are so quick to reveal things about our homes with pics and our family with pics and how many and what types of guns we have and what our views are on just about everything from our favorite color of Kool-Aid to what we think about the President and foreign affairs. Yet we still complain that we would be mad if our rights were taken away. You may not have registered your guns or written a letter to the President but we certainly have given enough information over the net that we might as well have. I am not complaining, just making an ironical observation.
buckee
Re: Now this is funny! Yeah, but the difference is, the information we give in here and elsewhere, is done on a voluntary basis. It is not taken from us by force.

[/ QUOTE ] Great point Steve...besides..thats what i thought a FREE country was.......the freedom to express your views and to acquire property and assets without the fear of Government intervening in that freedom to do so, as long as you legally do so. LETMGROW
Re: Now this is funny! If I want you to know I'll tell you. If you want to know, ask. Then it's my decision or yours. Not big brother snooping.
HarvDog
Re: Now this is funny! Excellent point. If you're gonna share everything on forums and other venues, then don't complain about privacy, I guess, huh? The bottom line is...it's our "choice" to share. We're not forced to. BowJoe
Re: Now this is funny! I appreciate that choice as well. I think it's the safety that with the freedom to say or not say, we still feel secure that we can talk about or even brag about what we have and not worry about losing our rights.
