Nick
I Inherited a gun from my grandpa and would guess it has some value to it but couldnt even begin to guess how much. Its a old Savage Model 720 16 gauge semi-auto chambered for 2 3/4". The barrel says it was made in Utica, New York and the serial number is 60172. The reveiver has engraving of a pointer flushing a couple grouse and the other side has engraving of a couple ducks. The gun is in EXCELLENT condition for its age and has all its original bluing. If somebody could give me a rough guess as to how much its worth, i would appreciate it. I dont plan on selling it. I just want to know if I should hunt with it or not.
