well due to the recent warm weather here in IL the bucks are shedding, and have been shedding for weeks, my buddy found a shed about 3 weeks ago, its not a bad lookin one either, but in his trail cam he only has 2 bucks with there antlers still and the other bucks have blood over there stumps on there heads.. IL boys start lookin! who else is finding some bone in there area?

That's cool, but I don't think the warm weather has anything to do with it. When a buck's testosterone levels drop that's when they drop their antlers.

To answer the question, no, not finding any yet.

hello kyle from pekin. you been out at the public area yet? i blew out my knee so i won't be finding any this year. my hunting buddy hunts the same spot all of october over a water tank in mason county. one afternoon during the 3rd week of october he found one laying right next to the water tank he had hunted the afternoon before and that wasn't there. we thought it had something to do with the blue tongue that was going arround so bad this year.

well i just grabbed the ol trail came out of the woods, i had it in the timber for 2 weeks and i had 137 pics....pretty good wouldnt ya say, i had a lot of books with nothing on there heads but nubs and one half rack that is plattimated quit a bit, ill uplaod some pics soon...good luck guys
