Big order from Cabelas

Well I went online yesterday to Cabelas, finally found some raingear I could afford, lol. They had Cabela's PacLite Rainy River Gortex parka for $39.95, originally $79.95. I also ordered a pair of Columbia rainpants for $29.95, and a Truglo Universal sight for my shotgun, all to the tune of $91 shocked.gifshocked.gifshocked.gifsmirk.gif

Of course some raingear costs twice the price, lol. I hate spending so much money, but I know I'll be using it all in the long run. Now I just need to order the $20 choke for turkey season off Wingsupply.com, which wouldn't let me order it yesterday, it kept returning me to the same page with address information and such, go figure! Did anyone else have this problem?

Two years ago I went to the Hamburg store, I walked out $1200 poorer! Last year, right before bow season I walked again $800 poorer! There is some kind trend here! Boy my wife hates it!!! One thing you should have done was order your choke now, because now you will have tp spend the shipping and handling charges again.

Well that's that, I think I'm set for a new turkey season and hopefully I'll get my money's worth! I just got my order in to wingsupply.com for an H.S. Undertaker choke tube for my 20ga. Mossberg; another $26.94 spent. This is one reason why I work two custodial jobs during the semester, lol

I see the trend. Each trip is $400 less than the last, so in 3 more trips they'll be paying you to shop. grin.gif

Re: Big order from Cabelas

I have over $200 in Cabelas points right now to use if that tells you what i spend there and that is mail order. My UPS guy brings dog biscuits and knows my dog by name he delivers so much. We are getting one this year in St. Lois so I could be in trouble.
