NY911Bowhunter
Look into using a commercial dryer, as home dryers do not get hot enough allegedly. Good buy - wll worth the duckets

Guest gt2003
Re: I Gave In-Scent Lock Base Layers! I've read the articles that supposedly they don't work. The articles say they're already "used up" when you get them. Then the same article goes on to compare them to other carbon products. Hmmm, if the scent lok is already used up wouldn't all other carbon deodorizing things be useless once they got to the consumer also? Let them say what they want, I've worn these things all day, sweated during midday and had deer right underneath me in the evenings and they never spooked. I've got a friend that deer used to bust his scent all the time, not since he got the scent lok. I'm a believer. I usually put mine in the dryer for 45 minutes or so before each hunt just to make sure it can do its thing. You won't regret your purchase. Continue to be scentwise in other areas: towels, soap, scent free detergent for other hunting items etc. Good luck and good hunting.

Guest deadeye270
Re: I Gave In-Scent Lock Base Layers! just put them in the dryer on high for a while before you put them on. wear rubber boots. use scent elimination spray. youll be amazed at how many deer you start to see. Also you will not have deer blowing at you to warn other deer away. I have not had a deer blow at me in the last two years of solid hunting. BowtechTurkeyHunter
Re: I Gave In-Scent Lock Base Layers! U still have too take scent precautions with the underlayers just because you buy scent lok doesnt mean you dont smell ... example i if you spill a pop on your car seat nd you put on your scent lock pants before you go hunting and you sit in tht "dried pop' stain your outside of your scent lock lothes will smell like "dried Pop stain" the main thing that scent lock does is contains your body odor ..... most know this but many forget or dont know this and then wonder why a deer winds them .... just some helpfull info take the extra precautions spray down real good its worth the extr effort!!!
