EKYhunter
Anybody use these? I know they make 'em for the spot-hogg sights like mine and many of the others like Toxonics. Is this mainly a 3d or target thing? Seems like it might be hard to hunt with them in the rain. Just thinking about the subject!
rockefeller66
Re: Bow sight magnification lens I can't say I have ever seen them??? I would think they would be a problem in the bright sun or rain??? How much "magnifying" do they do??? Sounds interesting!
Guest adamc
Re: Bow sight magnification lens I've seen them before....I think most guys use them for 3-d and indoor. I've never seen anybody use them for hunting. Not saying you couldn't just never seen anyone do it. As far as magnification i think it is only 3x or 4x i'm not positive though. Some guys in the competitive room use them.
Leo
Re: Bow sight magnification lens In some states magnified bowsites are specifically illegal to hunt with. Check your regs That being said. A magnified sight will show you in a hurry just how solid your form is. Most archers are really surprised by how much movement they are making until they look through a magnified sight and see the target dancing all over the place. I've heard some folks claim it must be the sight making them do that. Nope it's just them. They can be a good tool to help instill good habits. But as I said, illegal to hunt with in lots of places.
